Start once daily. If your skin tolerates it, you can increase to twice daily.

Follow with moisturizer, and in the morning always finish with SPF 30+ since it contains exfoliating acids.

Retail Product Sales

All retail products purchased in-store or online through Gleam Medical Spa are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Treatment & Service Purchases

All treatments, treatment packages, and service series purchased from Gleam Medical Spa are non-refundable. This includes any services paid for in advance or purchased as part of a package.If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within three (3) business days of your appointment so management can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution. Our goal is to ensure that all services are delivered professionally and to the highest standard.

Package Expiration

Treatment packages are subject to the following expiration timelines:

• Laser Hair Removal Packages: Expire two (2) years from the purchase date
• All Other Treatment Packages or Series: Expire one (1) year from the purchase date

Any unused funds or treatments remaining after the expiration date are non-refundable and may not be redeemed.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times may vary. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for order processing during high-volume periods.Gleam Medical Spa is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier
• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing apartment or unit numbers
• Resending orders to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
