Gleam Medical Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. 

Gleam Medical Spa is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

Gleam Medical Spa is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery. 

Shipping times can vary. Please allow up to a maximum of 5-7 business days for your order to be processed during high volume periods. Thank you for shopping with our small business!
